Fabatour Policy for Reservations and Itineraries:

Right to Services: The booker who selects an excursion with Fabatour is entitled to all the services detailed on the website or in the brochure, relating to the chosen excursion. Confirmation and Payment: The person booking confirms participation in the excursion by paying a deposit, which generally varies from 10% to 20% of the total cost. The balance will be paid at check-in. Some types of excursions require full payment at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy: The booker has the right to cancel the reservation in one of the following cases:

a) In case of illness, to be proven with a medical certificate.
b) In case of early return from vacation, to be proven with the travel document.
c) Cancellation without a specific reason, provided that it is communicated to Fabatour at least 72 hours before the start of the excursion.

4. Refund for Failure to Attend: In the event of failure to attend the excursion, the person booking is entitled to a refund of the deposit or the total amount of the ticket in the following cases:

a) In the cases specified in articles a, b, c above in reference to art. 3.
b) In case of bad weather or technical failure that prevents the excursion from taking place.

5. Itinerary Changes: For reasons relating to weather conditions, navigation or directives of the Port Authority, the captain of the motor vessel or the skipper of the dinghies may change destinations and itineraries without this entailing an obligation to reimburse.

6. Insurance and Liability: In the event of accidents occurring during excursions, insurance coverage falls on the excursionist or the carrier and not on the agency, which acts exclusively as an intermediary.

7. Tour “Boattello del Golfo di Orosei con Degustazione Tipica Sarda”: The service will be carried out by one of the boats indicated below, at the discretion of the Consorzio Trasporti Marittimi di Cala Gonone. The boats include: Angela 1, Don Vincenzo, Ida, Lunar, Marisa, Pegaso, San Marco, Siro, Tio Pepe, Turcali and Venere. The means of transport for the return or continuation of the tour may be different from that used for the outward journey or for the first part of the trip, unless otherwise communicated.

8. Changes for Navigation Safety: In case of adverse weather conditions or for any other reason related to navigation safety, the captains of the vessels reserve the right to modify, at their own discretion, the departure and return times, and to vary the destinations of visits without the customer being able to request a refund, even partial, of the travel ticket.

9. Payment and cancellation conditions for exclusive tours

Booking confirmation and payment:

To confirm an exclusive reservation, a deposit of 20% of the total amount is required.
The remaining balance must be paid at least 3 days before the excursion date.

Cancellation Policy:

- If the cancellation occurs 10 or more days before the scheduled date of the excursion, the deposit will be fully refunded.
- If the cancellation occurs with less than 10 days notice, the deposit delivered will be retained, according to the general legislation on deposits.

- Cancellation by the organizer:
  In case of cancellation by the organizer (for example, due to adverse weather conditions or technical problems), the Fabatour agency will propose various alternatives to the customer. If these are not accepted, the agency will refund all sums paid.

Payment Methods:

Payment can be made via PayPal, credit card through the Stripe system or bank transfer for residents in the Eurozone.
After the booking is confirmed, the customer will receive a voucher (Travel Ticket) with the details of the excursion and payment instructions.

N.B. The above payment and cancellation conditions apply only to exclusive excursions, and may therefore differ from standard excursions (group or individual).
